  1. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are varied depending on the delivery location which is visible on the cart and checkout page while placing the order. We keep very minimum charges of delivery and give extra benefits to customers who are placing order closer to our fulfillment locations spreading all over India. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charges helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

  1. What is the estimated delivery time?

Seller generally procures and ship the item within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The seller offering the product.
  • Product’s availability with the seller.
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the seller.
  1. How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification on your registered e-mail with a link to track your order. Or you can also track your order on our track your order column in our website. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post dispatching.

  1. How long does it take to deliver the product after it has been dispatched?

It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your and merchant’s location. Once the order has been dispatched, we will send you notification on your registered contact details via e-mail/SMS along with the tracking number and delivery partner details.

  1. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, service tax etc) on item sold by sellers on dayarch?

There is “NO” hidden charges when you make a purchase on dayarch. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all).

  1. Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time to deliver in your location.

Please entire your default pin code on the product page to know accurate delivery time on the product page itself.

  1. Why is my order not delivered within the expected delivery date?

There could be delay depending upon your shipping address, merchant’s location and unfavorable climate conditions. You can track your shipment on our website, using the tracking number sent to you on your registered e-mail/contact number.

  1. I am unable to track my shipment. What could I do?

Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking number to get updated. However, the shipment is on its way to its destination. If you have recently received shipment details, we would recommend you to wait and try tracking on the website after some time.

  1. Can I change the shipping address?

You may request for change of address as long as the order is not packed and ready for shipment. You can track the status of your order from dayarch ‘My account’ section.

If the order is not yet ready for dispatch, you can change your shipping address from ‘My Account’ section.

  1. Seller does not/ cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pin code on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you have not provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether the seller ships to your location.
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular product to your location.
  • The availability of our courier service in your location.

At time seller prefer not to ship to certain location. This is entirely at their discretion.

  1. Why C.O.D option not offered in my location?

Availability of C.O.D on the ability of our courier servicing to your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery

Our courier services have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available or not in your location.
